About Me

Meet Jasmine DeJean

For over a decade, I have built a career at the intersection of education, leadership, and community impact. My background spans education, government, nonprofit, and community sectors — giving me a uniquely versatile leadership profile rooted in psychology, strategy, and equity.

In my current role, I function in an administrative leadership capacity comparable to assistant principal; overseeing academic compliance, cross-departmental coordination, and strategic planning for grades 9–12 while simultaneously building the postsecondary infrastructure that shapes students’ futures. I’ve grown dual enrollment partnerships from zero to 15 courses, launched new academic pathways, and built cross-sector collaborations that directly improve outcomes for students and families.

I bring a rare combination of data-driven program management, equity-centered leadership, and relationship-building expertise that translates across education, higher ed, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizational settings. Whether I’m redesigning service delivery models, leading organizational change, or developing people and teams, I bring clarity, intention, and measurable results.

I don’t just run programs, I build the ecosystems that make them sustainable. I’m now seeking my next chapter; a director-level role where I can apply my expertise in program innovation, partnership building, and people leadership at greater scale.
