My approach is rooted in cultural competence, creativity, and trauma-informed care, ensuring that every interaction is both supportive and impactful. Whether designing youth engagement strategies, expanding academic opportunities, or fostering community partnerships, I use results-driven methods and innovative thinking to inspire growth.
